OVERVIEW
A Food Hub is a way to connect the food Producers in the area with the wholesale Buyers such as restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals, schools, and other institutional buyers.  Without a hub, individual Producers and individual Buyers must work out their connections one-on-one.  While there are certainly Producers and Buyers who are currently working together, a food hub will streamline the process and save time and effort for both Producers and Buyers.  Click for more information on planning phase

Our first online survey is designed specifically for Restaurants and Caterers.  Our objective is to learn more about the needs and operations of these businesses so that we can incorporate their requirements into our Hub design.
